About Us
We are PT ANANAS MAHARTHA DEWATA and make sales through www.ananasnutrition.id (“ANANAS”). These Terms and Conditions are our copyright protected by intellectual property. Its use by any third party, including excerpts from these Terms and Conditions for commercial purposes related to the offer of goods and/or services is not permitted. Violations may be subject to legal action. In an unspecified time the terms and conditions will change. Your use of our site must follow any changes that are part of the agreement and are bound by the terms according to the changes.
Definition
In these Terms and Conditions:
- "Platform" means the ANANAS site and other sites or applications that we may own and manage from time to time, each of which will be referred to as a "Platform";
- "Account" means the ANANAS Account which you will need to register on our Platform if you wish to place an Order;
- "Working Day" means any day from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm WIB, other than Saturday, Sunday or National Holiday;
- "Order" means an order that you place on the Platform to buy Products from us;
- "Contract" means an Order of 1 or more Products in accordance with the Terms and Conditions that we accept in accordance with article 6.2 below;
- "Order Confirmation" means our email to you in the form of a confirmation of your Order in accordance with clause 6.2 below;
- "Customer" means any person who places an Order on the Platform;
- "Site" means the ANANAS site which can be accessed via ananas.id;
- "You" means the Customer or guest;
- References to "articles" are the articles in these Terms and Conditions;
- Headings are for ease of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of the Terms and Conditions;
- Words in the singular also include the plural and vice versa. Words in the gender form include any gender and references to people including individuals, companies, corporations, companies or partnerships;
- References to "includes" or "covers" or similar words or expressions, means without limitation.
Privacy Policy
We take the privacy of our customers seriously and we will only collect and use personal information as specified in the statement below. ANANAS may edit and add to the privacy policy at any time. Any changes in the regulations will be posted on our website. You are responsible for checking this page periodically for any changes/updates.
Personal information
ANANAS does not sell, share or trade personal information belonging to customers to third parties. Personal information collected online is only shown within our company and will only be used by Ananas in the context of providing services to you for internal use and to improve the quality of our services. We may provide your name and address to third parties so that we can deliver the product you ordered, (such as for example to a courier or supplier). By registering as a user of the Ananas.id website, we will use your information to send promotional materials. You have the right to unsubscribe from our services at any time. The personal information that you have entered when making a payment by credit card is carried out by a third party and we work with an online payment processing company.
Condition
To place an order on ANANAS, you must be over 18 (eighteen) years of age. If you are under 18 (eighteen) years old, you can place an order on ANANAS with the help of your parent or guardian.
Ban / Prohibited
You must not abuse our Platform. You are prohibited from using any automated system or software to extract data from our Platform for any purpose. You are prohibited from committing or supporting criminal acts, sending or distributing viruses including but not limited to Trojan Horses, worms, logic bombs or sending other material to the Platform that is dangerous, technologically damaging, violates trust or in any way that is offensive or harassing; to hack, destroy data; cause disturbance to other users; violates the ownership rights of any party; send unsolicited advertising or promotional materials; or try to affect the performance or function of any computer facilities or access to the Platform as a whole. Any violation of this provision is a criminal offense under Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning the Internet and Electronic Transactions (ITE), Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) as well as other related laws and regulations. If this happens, ANANAS will report the violation to the law enforcement authorities and appropriate legal action will be taken.
Entire Agreement
- The Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Platform and all Orders and Contracts made or to be made by us for the sale and supply of Products. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ANANAS and supersede any and all prior agreements between us.
- You acknowledge that in this Contract, neither you nor we rely on any representations, statements or promises given by the other party or implied by words or written statements between you and us before the Terms and Conditions apply, unless expressly stated in the Terms and Conditions. Sales Terms
When placing an order you indicated a wish to purchase the product and are subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are items in stock and at a confirmed price. According to the agreement with ANANAS, you can make payments lawfully and comply with existing laws. ANANAS reserves the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will notify you via email that the order is already in our system and is waiting for payment. We will also inform you in the same email regarding the details and methods of payment. When you place an order you will provide all information to us correctly and accurately, that you are an authorized user of the credit/debit card or bank account that you used when placing an order. Product and service fees are subject to change. You must follow any changes to the fees on the website without prior notification.
Registration
- To place an Order, you must create an Account on the Platform. You need to enter true and accurate information. You also need to ensure that your information is up-to-date and inform us if there are changes by using the features on the Platform
- You are prohibited from abusing the Platform by creating multiple user accounts.
Contract Formation
- The information specified in the Terms and Conditions and details contained in this Platform is not a sales offer but for protection purposes. Contracts for Products will only occur between you and us when we deliver the Products to your address.
- To place an Order, you will be asked to follow the online shopping process on the Platform. After that you will receive an Order Confirmation which is valid as a confirmation of your Order.
- Orders will only be deemed received by us after the Order has been shipped to the shipping address you provide
- The Contract only relates to the Products we deliver to you. If your Order consists of more than one Product, the Products may be delivered to you in separate packages and at separate times.
Prices and Payment
We make our best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on the Platform are accurate, but we cannot avoid errors that may occur. If we find an error in the price of a product that you have ordered, we will immediately notify you and give you the option to re-order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel your order. If you cancel before the Order is sent, we will refund your money
- Prices listed include tax and are in Indonesian Rupiah. Shipping costs will be charged as an additional charge if applicable; such surcharges are clearly displayed and included in the 'Final Amount'.
- We are not obligated to fulfill your Order if the price listed on this Platform is incorrect (even after your Order has been acknowledged by us).
- You can make payments using one of our payment partners listed on our Platform. You can also pay for all or part of the price of your Order by using e-gifts or promotional vouchers.
- E-gift cards and promotional vouchers can only be entered at the online check-out page. Physical submission of vouchers to ANANAS employees is unacceptable.
- To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, we encrypt your card data. Once we receive your Order we will ask for a pre-authorization on your card to ensure the availability of funds to complete the transaction. Orders will only be confirmed after these pre-authorization checks have been completed. Your card will be debited after we have sent you an Order Confirmation. Validation and validation checks on the card will be carried out by the card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery.
- After authorization of payment, by clicking the "Order Now" button you confirm that the card belongs to you or that you are the legal holder of the e-gift card or promotional voucher and have sufficient funds to pay for the cost of the Product.
Wrong Order
If you notice an error in an Order after you have made an Order on the Platform, please contact bestie@ananas.id as soon as possible. We will try our best to process your request.
Order Rejection
We reserve the right to remove Products from the Platform at any time and/or delete or change all material or content on this Platform. We will use our best endeavors to process all Orders at all times but there may be exceptional circumstances whereby we may need to refuse to process an Order after we have sent an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, in our sole discretion. If we cancel your Order and you have made payment for the Order, the full amount of the payment will be refunded to you.
We will not be responsible to you or other third parties regarding the reasons we withdraw a product from this Platform, whether it has been sold or not, deleting or editing material or content on this Platform or for refusing to process or accept Orders.
Delivery
- We aim to deliver the Products to the place of delivery you specify in your Order and within the delivery time we display at your checkout (updated in the Order Confirmation).
- We will notify you if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date but, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, damages costs or other costs arising from such delay.
- When the Product is dispatched you may be asked to sign for proof of delivery. You can contact ANANAS Customer Service at bestie@ananas.id if there is a product error, defect or damage. You must be able to show documents sent with the Product, upon request.
- Please note that we may not be able to deliver to certain areas. We will inform you via the contact address you provide to us when you place your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative shipping address.
- We ship Products in our standard packaging.
- All risk in the Product will pass to you upon delivery unless delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under the Contract (see 7.8 below), in which case risk will pass not to the date on which delivery would occur but at the time you commit the breach. When the risk passes to you we are not responsible for loss or damage to the Product. Any breach of obligations by you may affect your ability to shop at Ananas in the future.
- If you are unable to collect or receive the delivery, we may leave a card with instructions regarding re-delivery or collection of the item from the sending courier.
Cancellation By Customer
If you want to cancel your order, please contact ANANAS Customer Service at bestie@ananas.id Cancellation fee does not apply. Packaged orders cannot be canceled
Returns and Refund Policy
- We can exchange goods within 3 days of receipt due to product error or manufacturing defect, provided that the item has not been used, the product tag is not damaged, and is still in the original packaging. Goods must be intact, accompanied by price tags and packaging. The goods returned are your responsibility until we receive the goods, so make sure the goods you return are in a safe condition to prevent damage to the goods or their packaging. This policy only applies to products that are not included in the list of non-returnable brands/goods available on our Platform.
- Products must have been received by ANANAS before a refund or replacement can be made. You need to ensure that the product we receive is in the same condition as when you received it and is packaged properly. If the item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the product back to you.
- We do not accept returns made in person.
- Product returns along with the return slip under normal circumstances are received at our warehouse location within 5 (five) working days after the item is dropped off or picked up. Our Quality Check team takes 2 (two) to 4 (four) working days to process your return. The time required to process returns may vary depending on the return method selected, location, delivery date and speed of the courier. Refunds will be made as soon as we receive the goods and according to the refund method listed on your return slip. For further details, please contact bestie@ananas.id
Product
- All Product descriptions, information and materials posted on this Platform are provided 'as is' and without warranty either directly, implied or of any kind.
- Product images as seen on the Site may differ slightly from the Product you receive.
- We have endeavored to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of the products on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see in your monitor are the true colors.
- If the item you received is damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team and provide your Order number, name and address, product details and reason for return, and whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement product.
- After the product is returned, we will carry out an inspection and inform you of the status of the replacement or refund (if any) via email as soon as possible.
- ANANAS may at its sole discretion refuse to process the replacement or exchange of the Order and offer a refund with regard to clause 9.
- If there is no damage to the Product that is returned, we have the discretion to decide not to replace the Product or refund. We may ask you to pay all shipping costs, service fees and other costs to your debit card or through other payments that you use when placing an order. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any loss, liability, damages or other costs.
Voucher
- You can use promotional vouchers to pay for Product purchases on the Platform. Specific details for the promotional vouchers are listed below.
- Vouchers need to be entered on the online check out page. Submission of vouchers directly to the ANANAS delivery officer/team cannot be accepted.
- If there is fraud or if there are allegations of illegal actions related to redemption of vouchers on the Platform, we have the right to close your account and/or request a different means of payment.
- We are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or invalid vouchers.
- In rare cases, ANANAS at its sole discretion may terminate or cancel the voucher previously issued and shall not be liable for any losses arising from it.
Conditions for redemption of promotional vouchers
From time to time we may distribute promotional vouchers that can only be used on the Platform which we will send to you via email or post:
- Promotional vouchers are valid for a certain period of time as stated on the voucher, can only be redeemed once and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional vouchers or for discounted items. We may exclude the use of promotional vouchers for certain products according to our sales strategy.
- You can only redeem ONE voucher per promotional campaign. ANANAS reserves the right to cancel any subsequent orders you place using the voucher code for the same promotional campaign.
- If the value of the Product in the Order is lower, look for the value of the promotional voucher, the difference will not be returned to you.
- Promotional voucher credits are non-interest bearing and have no cash value.
- If the promotional voucher credit is insufficient for your Order, you can pay for the difference via one of the payment methods we accept.
- For vouchers with a predetermined cash value, if you decide to return the Product, the amount returned does not match the amount of cash value stated on the voucher. However, if you pay part of it with your own funds, then this portion will be returned.

Responsibility
- The content displayed on this Platform is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Unless stated otherwise and to the extent permitted by law, ANANAS and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms implied by applicable laws, laws and regulations and are not responsible for any damages whatsoever, including not limited to direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other form, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procuring substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to use, inability to use, performance or failure of this Site and any materials posted on it, regardless of whether such damages are alleged or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, under common law or otherwise.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit ANANAS's liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, misrepresentation of information, and errors for fundamental issues or other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Compensation
You agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless ANANAS, directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liabilities, damages and/or costs (including but not limited to, legal fees) that arising from your use of this Platform or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Guarantees and Complaint Methods
- ANANAS will carry out its obligations under these Terms and Conditions in accordance with reasonable capabilities and prudence.
- Customer Satisfaction is our priority. You can contact us at any time via the contact address listed in article 6.4 of these Terms and Conditions. We will try to solve your problem and will get back to you as soon as possible. Complaints regarding product warranties will take longer to resolve as resolution may involve the role of the manufacturer or supplier.
- In submitting a complaint, it will be very helpful if you can explain your complaint clearly and accurately, and if possible please also provide us with a copy of the Order or at least your Order Number as stated in the Order Confirmation. In rare cases your email may or may not be received by our spam filters, or correspondence we may send you may not be received by you otherwise. If you do not receive a response from us within five (5) Business Days, please contact us again.
Personal Data Protection

Circumstances Beyond Our Control (FORCE MAJEURE)
We are not responsible to you for violations, delays or delays in the implementation of the Contract caused by any circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial actions
- Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, landslide, epidemic or other natural disaster.
- Limited or unable to use trains, planes, motorized transportation or other means of transportation, whether public or private.
- Limited or unusable public or private telecommunications networks.
- Governmental acts, decisions, laws, regulations or restrictions, shipping, postal or other transport related strikes, failures or accidents.
If the Force Majeure event lasts for more than one week, either you or we can terminate the Contract immediately with written notification and without any other obligation apart from returning the Products that you have paid for but have not yet delivered.
If we need to provide identical or similar Products to more than one Customer and are unable to provide them to you due to Force Majeure reasons, we reserve the right to decide which Contacts we will fulfill and to what extent that fulfillment can be made.
We reserve the right to determine the solutions that can be used to fulfill our obligations under the Contract in the event of a Force Majeure event.
Notice
Any notification under the Contract will be given in writing either via email to the party concerned at the last known email address. Any notice given by email shall be deemed given within two (2) Days of the email being sent.
This situation can be proven by showing that the email has been sent to the correct address.
Intellectual property rights
- All content contained on the site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, sound clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software are owned by ANANAS and protected by copyright law. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any or copies of the content provided or appear on this site or use it for any business-related, corporate or third-party matters.
- In addition, graphics, logos, page titles, icon buttons, text and service names included in or available through the Platform are trademarks of ANANAS in Indonesia and other countries. The ANANAS trademark cannot be used for products or services that are not provided by ANANAS in any way that can cause confusion among customers, or in a way that disparages or discredits ANANAS. All other trademarks not owned by ANANAS that appear on this Platform are the property of their respective owners.
- Our status (and identifiable contributor status) as the authors of content on our Platform must always be acknowledged.
- You may not use any part of our Platform for any commercial purposes without obtaining a prior license from us or from our licensors. If ANANAS becomes aware of any violation of intellectual property rights, we reserve the right to use the legal remedies available to us.
Termination
If any article in the Terms and Conditions or Contract becomes or is declared by the competent court to be invalid or unenforceable, legally flawed or invalid, then that article does not affect the provisions of the article or other parts, all of which will remain in full force as long as the Terms and Conditions or The contract can continue indefinitely.

By clicking on third party links, you will leave Ananas.id, our site does not support the content of third party links and is not responsible for the content of third parties. The privacy and security policies of third party websites may differ from those that apply to ANANAS. You should review the privacy policies and other terms of use of third party websites, in particular, how they collect and use any personal information.
Applicable law
The Terms and Conditions and the Contract (and all non-contractual obligations arising from or relating to them) are governed and construed in accordance with Indonesian law. Both we and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian Courts. All transactions, correspondence and contact between us must be made or carried out in the Indonesian language.
Variation
From time to time ANANAS may make changes and/or updates to these Terms and Conditions. Any changes and/or updates will be displayed on the Terms and Conditions page on the Platform to take effect immediately. We suggest that you periodically check the Terms and Conditions page for changes. By continuing to access and use our Platform, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to changes and/or updates to these Terms and Conditions.
Refund Policy
- Returns must be made within 24 hours after purchase.
- Refunds are only applicable if the product is defective or sold out (confirmed by ANANAS staff).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items must be in like-new condition with original packaging and labels.
- Exchanges and refunds are only available online and cannot be processed offline.
- Replacements for incorrect or damaged products are sent at the expense of ANANAS.
- Returns and money refunds are returned to ANANAS and the cost is borne by the consumer.
- Exchanges are two-way shipments and the cost is borne by the consumer.

To return your product, please repackage the item to prevent damage during shipping, and send it to the following address:

Please include the original invoice and a note explaining what you want. Consider using insured shipping as ANANAS Dewata is not responsible if the package is lost.
